The Academic Planning Unit of the University of Delta, Agbor is one of the units in the Vice Chancellor's Office. It is designed to provide a range of management information and planning support to facilitate incisive decision-making, planning, and policy formulation, and the general strategic development of the University of Delta, Agbor.
The Academic Planning Unit of the University of Delta, Agbor is located on the first floor of TETFUND sponsored ICT Complex.

Ag. DIRECTOR
Dr Anthony Ossai UKPENE holds a Bachelor Degree in Education (Biology) from the University of Port-Harcourt (1986), Master Degree in Environmental Biology (Genetics) from the University of Ibadan (1997), and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Genetics and Plant Breeding from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma (2015). His career started in 1990 as a Lecturer at the Federal College of Education (Tech) Bichi, Kano State, where he also held several administrative positions. He joined the defunct College of Education, Agbor in 2005. He is presently a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Biological Sciences, and the Ag. Director, Academic Planning at the University of Delta, Agbor, Delta State. He has attended National and International Conferences and Workshops and possesses several national and international journal publications.
Dr Ukpene has authored a number of books in his discipline. His research interests include but not limited to science education, contemporary issues in biology as well as plant breeding. His other interests include capacity building, mentoring subordinates, reading and writing.

DR. AKPODONO OGHENEVWAIRHE STEPHEN.
EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION: Dr. S. O. Akpodono was born on 26th February 1975 to Urhobo parents; Pius and Felicia Akpodono both hail from Oghara in Ethiope West Local Government Area of Delta State.I attended Okome Primary School, Oghara where I completed Primary Education in 1991. I now proceeded to Ogharefe Secondary School where I obtained the West African School Certificate in 1997. Thereafter, I proceeded to Delta State University, Abraka where I received a Bachelor`s Degree in Business Administration in 2003. Also, I proceeded to University of Nigeria, Nsukka where I received a Master of Science in Management in 2011. Because of My quest for Education, I again attended the same University of Nigeria, Nsukka where I received Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Management in 2016.
APPOINTMENT: After My National Youth Service Corps in 2005, I was employed in College of Education, Agbor, Delta State and now University of Delta, Agbor, Delta State as Administrative Officer II. rose through the rank and file to the present position of Senior Assistant Registrar.
MEMBERSHIP: I am a member of Nigeria Institute of Management and also a licensed Management Practitioner of the Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered).
ACADEMIC PUBLICATIONS: I have to my credit several published scholarly articles, conferences and workshops.
ASSISTANT REGISTRAR
PERCY AMECHI NDUKA
Mr Percy Amechi Nduka was born on the 10th April, 1980 and hails from Ekuku Agbor, Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Delta State University, Abraka (2007), Post Graduate Diploma in Education from National Teachers Institute, Nigeria in affiliation with National Open Nigeria (2017) and currently running a Master Degree programme in Economics from Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (Formerly Anambra State University, Nigeria).
He started his work career from the defunct College of Education, Agbor now University Of Delta, Agbor as Higher Executive Officer in 2009. Because of his quest to contribute more to the actualization of the Institution’s goals, he converted to Administrative Cadre in 2011. He is currently an Assistant Registrar.
ASSISTANT REGISTRAR.
Mr Emmanuel Otaghogho Ogbe.
EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION: Mr Emmanuel Otaghogho Ogbe was born on 23rd Oct 1981 to the family of Later Chief Johnson O. ogbe, who hail from Okpara-inland in Ethiope East Local Government Area of Delta State. I attended Ogbe Primary School, Effurun where I completed Primary Education in 1990. I now proceeded to urhuoka Secondary School where I obtained the West African School Certificate in 1997. Thereafter, I proceeded to Delta State University, Abraka where I received a Bachelor`s Degree in Political Science in 2009, and currently running a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) in Delta University, Abraka.

ASSISTANT CHIEF CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARY
Mrs Felicia Ugbah.
Mrs. Felicia Ugbah was born in March 27th 1967. She holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretarial Administration from Federal Polytechnic Oko, (1999), Master Degree in Public Administration (2010) from Delta State University, Abraka and ASCON, 2012. Her career started in June 1st 1991 as a Copy Typist at the Defunct College of Education Agbor, with O level result and Professional Result in Typing (ie Bendel State Secretarial Examination and Open Grading Test) OGT. Mrs Felicia Ugbah became a Confidential Secretarial after acquiring National Diploma in (ND) in Secretarial Administration in 1994, was converted to Confidential Secretary in 1998. In 2004 she was upgraded to Senior Confidential Secretary. She is presently an Assistant Chief Confidential Secretary in University of Delta, Agbor. She has also attended conferences and seminars.
HIGHER EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mrs Emefiele Mercy
Mrs Emefiele Mercy Ebere was born on December 20th, 1980. She holds NCE 2007. Also proceeded to Delta State University Abraka where she received B.Sc in Social Science Education December 2012. Her career started 6th December,2006 as a clerical Officer at the defunct College of Education, Agbor with O level result. Mrs Emefiele Mercy E. proceeded from there to the rank of Executive Officer. Currently she is a Higher Executive Officer at University of Delta Agbor.
