Background Mr Percy Amechi Nduka was born on the 10th April, 1980 and hails from Ekuku Agbor, Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Delta State University, Abraka (2007), Post Graduate Diploma in Education from National Teachers Institute, Nigeria in affiliation with National Open Nigeria (2017) and currently running a Master Degree programme in Economics from Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (Formerly Anambra State University, Nigeria). He started his work career from the defunct College of Education, Agbor now University Of Delta, Agbor as Higher Executive Officer in 2009. Because of his quest to contribute more to the actualization of the Institution’s goals, he converted to Administrative Cadre in 2011. He is currently an Assistant Registrar. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and have participated in International Conferences, Workshop and professional trainings.
