Background Mrs. Felicia Ugbah was born in March 27th 1967. She holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretarial Administration from Federal Polytechnic Oko, (1999), Master Degree in Public Administration (2010) from Delta State University, Abraka and ASCON, 2012. Her career started in June 1st 1991 as a Copy Typist at the Defunct College of Education Agbor, with O/level result and Professional Result in Typing (ie Bendel State Secretarial Examination and Open Grading Test) OGT. Mrs Felicia Ugbah became a Confidential Secretarial after acquiring National Diploma in (ND) in Secretarial Administration in 1994, she was converted to Confidential Secretary in 1998. In 2004 she was upgraded to Senior Confidential Secretary. She is presently an Assistant Chief Confidential Secretary in University of Delta, Agbor. She has also attended conferences and seminars.
